Orders

All orders are subject to product availability. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation.

If there is an issue with your order, such as an availability or pricing error, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Products

We make every effort to ensure product images, descriptions, colours and dimensions are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to photography, lighting, screen settings and the materials used.

Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£).

Payment must be made in full when placing an order. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before fulfilling an order.

Delivery

Delivery availability, estimated times and any applicable delivery charges will be shown during the ordering process.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and ensuring there is suitable access for the furniture ordered.

Damaged or Faulty Furniture

Please contact us as soon as possible if your furniture arrives damaged, faulty or not as described.

We may ask for photographs or other information to help us assess the issue.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

Delivery & Access

Before ordering, please make sure your furniture will fit through all relevant doorways, hallways, stairways and other access points.
